Delivery and Unpacking

At Allied, we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service throughout the international moving process. From your pre-move planning to when the last box is unpacked. As soon as your shipment reaches its destination, your household goods will be professionally unloaded with the same care and attention to detail with which they were loaded.

When working with Allied, The Careful Movers™️’s experts, you can expect:

  • English-speaking crew leaders will be available to assist you at delivery.
  • All items will be carefully unloaded and cross-checked with your inventory list and items will be placed in the correct rooms.
  • Fragile items, such as china and glass will be unpacked on flat surfaces.
  • All packing materials and debris will be quickly removed from your home.

Delivery report

Once the delivery is completed, you will be asked to sign and date a packing list as the last step in your international moving process. This is confirmation that all items have been delivered. This document will clearly state the condition of your consignment when unpacked. Your crew will return your delivery report and packing list to your move coordinator to confirm that your consignment has been delivered completely to your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that any item in your shipment is damaged, Allied, The Careful Movers™️ can settle claims quickly and easily through our in-house claims department. Our online claim settlement process enables you to submit a claim at the click of a button, allowing you to focus on your new life
